Accettiamo resi su tutti gli articoli entro 10 giorni dalla data di consegna.

Gli articoli devono essere restituiti non lavati, non indossati e nella confezione originale.

Le spese di spedizione per il reso sono a carico del cliente.

Il rimborso dell’importo pagato sarà effettuato entro 24 ore dalla ricezione del prodotto presso il nostro laboratorio, previa verifica delle condizioni del capo.

Per il cambio taglia, il cliente è tenuto a spedire il prodotto a proprie spese al seguente indirizzo:

Una volta ricevuto il prodotto, la nuova taglia verrà spedita senza costi aggiuntivi, il giorno stesso della ricezione.

Si prega di indicare chiaramente la taglia desiderata all’interno del pacco.
